Since 2010 Kyle has invested in long and short term single family rentals, high end rehabs, and large multifamily properties.  Over the past 3 years he has underwritten over 300+ properties across the country.  Kyle has a degree in Physics from Colgate University and is also licensed PA realtor. Prior to investing in real estate, Kyle was a professional hockey player.
